หลังจากใช้คำสั่งเสร็จแล้วให้ทำการ Restart IIS Service อีกครั้งหนึ่งครับ แล้วถ้าไม่มี Error ก็ ok ครับถ้ามี Error รบกวนช่วย Capture Error รวมถึงใน Event Viewer ที่เกี่ยวข้องมาให้เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมทีครับผม

และอีกประเด็นหนึ่งที่เป็นไปได้คือเรื่องของ IIS Authentication Protocal กับการทำงานของ IIS Virtual Directory ของ Windows Server 2012 ครับ ซึ่งอาจจะต้องทำการ Check Authentication Method ในแต่ละ Virtual Directory ที่มีปัญหาครับ ซึ่ง Authentication Method ตามปรกติควรเป็นตาม Link ข้างล่างนี้ครับ

เคยลองพยาม reset Virtual Directory แล้วขึ้นแบบนี้ครับ


รูปนี้จะขึ้นตอนเข้าไปตั้งค่าใน option ครับ


การใช้งาน Outlook ปกติครับ
การใช้งาน OWA ปกติครับ เข้าหน้า option (ecp) ได้ แต่พอจะทำการตั้งค่าใดๆ หรือเรียกดูการตั้งค่าเก่า จะขึ้น error ครับ

ที่สงสัยคือ
เป็นเพราะผมใช้ Windows 2012 R2 กับ Exchange 2010 SP3 หรือไม่ครับ
เพราะผมลองในเครื่อง test มันก็มีปัญหาเดียวกันเลยครับ

หรือมันต้องลงอะไรเพิ่มอีกหรือไม่ครับ
ส่วน windows update ผม update ครบหมดแล้วครับ

นอกจากนี้อีก service นึงที่สำคัญก็คือ IIS ครับ
ที่เหลือก็น่าจะเป็นเรื่องของการตั้งค่า virtual Directory ต่างๆ แล้วหล่ะครับ
ซึ่งพวกที่กล่าวไปข้างต้น หลักๆ แล้วจะใช้ในการทำงานของ OWA ครับ

ซึ่งสามารถพบได้ใน
1.Rule // จะไม่สามารถเรียกดูหรือ new ได้
2.Group // จะไม่สามารถเรียกดูหรือ new ได้
3.Setting // ไม่สามารถ save ได้

เป็น Exchange 2010 SP3 ครับ
ถ้าตั้งค่าผ่าน outlook 2010 ใช้งานได้ปกติทุกอย่างครับ
