แต่ผมว่าอาการแบบนี้ไม่ควร Force Transfer Role นะครับดูให้แน่ใจก่อนดีกว่ามั้ยครับ
จากรูปแรกผมเห็นว่า Domain Controller OU มี 2 Server อยู่แล้ว มันน่าจะมีอะไรสักอย่างติดไม่ครบ Function ของมันหรือเปล่าครับ

ลองทดสอบดังนี้

1. User / Computer มัน Replicate ทั้งสองฝั่งหรือเปล่าครับ ?
2. Site Link ต่าง ๆ ใน active directory sites and services มีเส้นเชื่อมครบหรือไม่
3. Time Sync สองเครื่อง / Time Zone ตรงกันหรือไม่
4. น่าจะมี Event Error สีแดง ๆ ใน Event log ของ AD บ้างนะครับ ลองมาให้ดู

1. ตรวจสอบ หา Flexible Single Master Operations (FSMO) ได้ด้วยคำสั่งนี้ครับ (ไปรันที่ DC)
netdom query FSMO

2. ตรวจเช็คส่วนประกอบของ DC ทั้งหมดตามนี้ให้เรียบร้อย

3. ถ้า Promote Domain Controller แล้วส่วนประกอบไม่สมบูรณ์ตามใน KB นั้น จะมีปัญหาในการ Transfer Role ครับ
ที่สำคัญคือไม่ควร Seize Role เป็นอย่างยิ่ง ควรแก้ไขให้ระบบ Perfect ก่อนดำเนินการใหม่


ลองเก็บส่วนประกอบดูครับ จากนั้นเราเอาข้อมูลมาช่วย Discuss กันใหม่อีกครั้งครับ
